Introduction Clare Energy provides Energy Audit services for all types and sizes of buildings. The energy audit will assess your existing energy usage and identify where energy and money can be saved. The actual savings achievable will be determined during the auditing process and presented in the final report.

Establish Existing Performance An initial BER (Building Energy Rating) will be carried out on your building. This is the basic NEAP analysis to see how well your building is performing.

Diagnose Problem Areas From the NEAP reports generated from the energy assessments we can identify areas that are contributing to the energy usage in the dwelling

Reccomendations Make recommendations on how to address problem areas and outline costings on each recommendation. It would break up this into short term low cost improvements (energy efficient lighting, improved attic insulation, improved boiler and piping insulation) and more long term costing like changing the heating system , (more efficient boiler, wood pellet boiler, introduction of solar panels)

Savings Give details on how each improvement will impact on your BER. Finally we'll add these improvements into NEAP and see how the BER is improved and how much money the you will save and energy use per annum
