All our assessors are degree qualified engineers with significant experience in the energy industry. We also are accredited to CIBSE (Chartered Instution of Building Services Engineers) to allow us to perform Commercial EPC assessments in the UK and Northern Ireland. Please take note that from January 1st 2009 all dwellings, commercial and domestic when offered for sale or rent will have to have a Building Energy Rating.
